Paste the activation code from your order email and your plan switches on at once.
You need
- Nebula installed and open
- your order email from Orion RFX (subject starts Your Nebula licence)
- an internet connection
Steps
Open the activation box
Two ways in. Both open the same box.

On a computer that already has a paid plan, the Settings button reads Re-activate instead.

Check the plan landed on its own
The box asks the licence server for your plan as soon as it opens. If you bought with the same email you used for your free key, your plan can switch on before you paste anything. The box closes by itself.
Copy the code from your email
Your order email has an Activate Nebula button and, under it, the activation code on its own line. Copy the whole code. Spaces and line breaks picked up while copying are fine.
Paste and press Activate
Paste into Activation code, then press Activate. The button reads Checking… while it works.

How many computers a key covers

| How many computers at once? | A key activates on the computer you trade from. Each activation is locked to that computer's machine ID. |
| Where do I see my machine ID? | Settings › Licence & System › Machine ID, with a Copy button. It also shows at the top of the activation box. |
| Can I move to a new computer? | Yes. Paste your activation code on the new computer. The licence server moves it for you. |
| Is there a limit on moving? | Up to 3 new computers in any 7 days. After that you see Too many computer changes for now.

| Does reinstalling Nebula use one up? | No. The same computer is recognised and costs nothing. |
| Does reinstalling Windows? | It can. A fresh Windows install gives the computer a new machine ID, so it counts as a new computer. |
Move to a new computer
Install Nebula on the new computer

Paste the same activation code
Use the code from your order email in the activation box. Lost the email? Get it from orionrfx.com/activate. See find-your-activation-code.
Saw "This code is in use on another computer"?
Press Fix it, then Request a new key. It opens the code finder on orionrfx.com.

No account to sign in to. Your email links your free key and your purchases.
