09 · Rules

Rules we both keep.

What the software does

You choose the market, the rules and the limits. Nebula builds and tests what you ask for. It sends no signals.

  1. 01Market it as trading software. Never as advice, signals or promised returns. You are responsible for your own promotions, and we can suspend a partner who breaks this.
  2. 02Your checkout takes your customer's express consent to immediate access, and their acknowledgement that this ends the cooling off right.
  3. 03You answer your customers first.
  4. 04If you stop paying, apps and licences you already issued keep working. Nothing is deleted from a customer's computer.
  5. 05Names cannot be Nebula, or anything that reads as Nebula once spaces are removed. Colours come from our presets.

What partners ask.

Is this a brokerage white label?

No. It is the trading software itself. No server licence, liquidity or CRM.

Do my customers see Nebula?

Not in the app screens. Our name stays in your customer agreement and privacy notice as Technology Provider, on the data consent screen, and in one MetaTrader data folder.

Who controls the data?

We are the data controller for the shared network and the licence keys, under UK GDPR. That is why our name is in your privacy notice.

Can I set my own price?

Yes. Our retail price is a reference, never a floor. There is no minimum price.

Is there a Mac app?

Yes. It is included on Studio and Own Brand. On Badge it is £20 a month, if you want it.

Is there a minimum term?

Badge is monthly and you can cancel any time. Studio and Own Brand run for 12 months, then 30 days' notice.

How do my customers get updates?

Their app updates itself from your own update feed, on a web address that does not name us.

Do I get the source code?

No.

Can I pick any colour?

Pick an accent from our presets, then a background, panel and text colour. Your logo keeps its own colours.

Will my customers see a warning when they install?

On Windows, yes, once. Our installers are not code signed yet, so Windows shows a warning the first time. Click More info, then Run anyway.
