Cancellation policy

What renews. Nebula Starter, Pro and Ultimate on monthly, 3 month, 6 month and 1 year plans renew automatically at the same price for the same term until you cancel. The price and how often you pay are shown before you pay and in your order email. A first month discount applies to the first payment only. Lifetime licences are one payment and never renew. Any TradingView indicator sold as a subscription renews monthly until you cancel.

How to cancel. Use the manage subscription link in your order confirmation email, or email hello@orionrfx.com from the address you bought with. You do not need to give a reason. We confirm every cancellation by email.

When it takes effect. Cancelling stops the next payment straight away. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part periods.

Cooling off. You have 14 days from purchase to cancel for a full refund, unless you have downloaded the Nebula installer, activated a licence key, or had TradingView access switched on. Before that happens you are asked to agree that the download or access starts now and that you then lose this right.
