Version 1.0 - effective 4 September 2026. These terms replace any previous affiliate terms, including any terms displayed inside the GoAffPro portal, which are that provider's own template and do not govern this programme.
1. What this is
Orion Partners is a referral programme operated by Orion RFX ("we", "us"). You refer people to our products using a tracking link. If they buy, you earn commission. That is the whole arrangement.
It is not employment, a partnership in the legal sense, an agency, a franchise, or an investment. You are an independent contractor. Nothing here entitles you to hold yourself out as speaking for Orion RFX.
Joining is free. There is nothing to buy, at any point, to join or to increase your rate.
2. Applying and approval
Every application is reviewed by a person. We may decline any application without giving a reason, and we may end any partnership at any time on notice - or immediately, without notice, for a breach of section 6.
You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract where you live.
You must not apply on behalf of, or operate as, a signals service, a copy-trading service, a broker, an introducing broker, a prop firm, or an investment adviser.
3. What you earn
Commission is a percentage of the amount the customer actually pays us for the order - after every discount, and excluding tax and any shipping. It is not a percentage of the list price.
Your rate is set by the total value of sales you referred over the previous 90 days:
- 20% - from your first referred sale
- 25% - £500 of referred sales in 90 days
- 30% - £1,500 of referred sales in 90 days
- 35% - £3,000 of referred sales in 90 days, plus a complimentary Nebula Ultimate licence
Once you reach a rung you keep it for at least three months, even if your volume drops. Rate changes apply to orders placed after the change; we do not re-rate past orders in either direction.
Orders that do not count toward a rung: orders of £0.00, orders discounted to nil, orders you place yourself, and orders later refunded. Each customer counts once.
Partners who joined before 4 September 2026 keep 30% as their starting rate, and progress from there.
4. Recurring plans
Where a referred customer buys a monthly Nebula plan, you earn commission on their renewals for as long as they stay subscribed, up to a maximum of 12 billing cycles per customer. Most of what we sell is a one-time purchase and does not recur.
5. How you get paid
Commission is held for 30 days from the order date before it becomes payable. This covers the refund window.
You choose how to take your balance, and you can choose differently each time:
- Cash - paid in GBP in the first week of the month.
- Store credit at double value - £50 of commission becomes £100 of credit. Credit is issued as a single-use code, cannot be combined with another discount code, expires 12 months after issue, and is not exchangeable for cash. It can be spent on Nebula licences, indicators and full-price systems. It cannot be spent on one-to-one mentorship or on items already at our lowest price point. Purchases made with credit do not themselves earn commission.
- Toward your own Nebula licence - the same double-value credit, applied to your own licence, upgrade or renewal. For now this is arranged with us directly rather than automatically.
We may set a minimum cash payout and a monthly cap on credit issued per partner. Both are published in the portal.
You are responsible for your own tax, and for telling us if you are VAT registered. Commission is inclusive of any VAT you may be liable to account for.
6. What you must not say or do
This section is the one that ends partnerships. Under the UK advertising rules we are responsible for what our partners publish, so these are not suggestions.
You must not make any claim about trading outcomes. No profits, returns, win rates, pip counts, account growth or income figures. No profit-and-loss screenshots, account statements or equity curves - your own or anyone else's. Nothing described as guaranteed, risk-free, assured, or as replacing an income.
You must not make claims about what partners earn. Including your own earnings.
You must not give financial advice or anything that could reasonably be read as a personal recommendation to trade, to use a particular strategy, or to invest.
You must disclose the commercial relationship clearly and up front, before anyone has to click or expand anything. Use #ad or the platform's own paid-partnership label. #aff, #affiliate, #sp, #collab, "thanks to" and a link in a bio are not sufficient.
You must describe our products accurately and only as they currently work. Nebula generates and tests automated trading strategies. It does not predict markets and we make no claim that it produces profit.
You must not: bid on "Orion RFX", "Nebula" or close variants in paid search; place links on coupon, voucher, cashback or deal-aggregator sites; use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, auto-redirects, pop-unders or iframes; send unsolicited bulk email or messages; impersonate us or imply you are an employee; register domains or social accounts containing our brand names; buy through your own link or arrange for someone to do so on your behalf; or issue a discount code we have not given you.
You must not promote brokers, prop firms, signal services or copy-trading alongside our products in the same content.
We may ask you to remove or amend any content at any time, and you must do so within 48 hours.
7. Single tier
There is one tier. You earn nothing from introducing other partners, there is no downline, no override and no residual of any kind on another partner's sales. There is nothing to purchase to join or to advance. Anyone describing this programme otherwise is misrepresenting it.
8. Refunds, chargebacks and clawback
If a referred order is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed in full. If it has already been paid to you, the amount is deducted from your next balance. We will not invoice you for a negative balance.
We may withhold or reverse commission where we reasonably believe an order was fraudulent, self-referred, or generated in breach of section 6.
9. Tracking
Referrals are tracked by a cookie set when someone follows your link. The current tracking window is stated on the programme page and in your dashboard. Attribution is last-touch: if someone later arrives through another partner's link, the sale is credited to them.
We cannot attribute a sale where the customer blocks cookies, switches device or browser between the click and the purchase, or buys outside the tracking window. This is a limitation of the technology, not a discretionary decision.
10. Brand use
While you are an approved partner, you may use our name, logo and the creative we supply, solely to promote our products, and only in unmodified form. That permission ends the moment your partnership does, and you must remove our branding within 7 days.
You may not create the impression that you are Orion RFX, that we endorse your other products or services, or that we have reviewed content we have not seen.
11. Data
Your dashboard shows the number, value and status of sales you referred. It does not show customers' names, email addresses or contact details, and we will not provide them. You must not attempt to identify, contact or market to customers on the basis of referral data.

12. Changes and ending it
We may change these terms, the rates, the rungs or the payout methods on 30 days' notice by email. Changes do not apply to commission already earned.
Either of us may end the partnership at any time on notice. If you end it, or we end it without cause, you are paid any balance already earned at the next scheduled payout. If we end it for a breach of section 6, unpaid commission is forfeited.
A partner account with no referred sales and no activity for 12 months may be closed.
13. Liability and law
We are not liable for lost profits, lost earnings, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the commission properly due to you in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
