Refund policy

At Orion RFX, we are committed to providing high-quality technical tools and professional mentoring. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our digital products and service-based programs. Except where the law requires otherwise, refunds are limited to the statutory minimum set out below.

1. TradingView Indicators & Scripts

Our indicator scripts are classified as Digital Content.

  • 14-Day Right to Cancel: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. This right applies provided you have not yet accessed, downloaded, or activated the scripts on your TradingView account.

  • Access & Activation: Once you request immediate access to the scripts and they are activated on your account, you expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost. Refunds are not issued after activation has occurred.

  • Monthly plans: Where a monthly plan carries an introductory price, the first month is charged at the price shown at checkout and later months renew at the standard price until you cancel. There is no free trial period. You can cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription portal; cancellation stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

2. Nebula Desktop Software

Nebula is sold as a software licence and is not covered by any goodwill or satisfaction-based refund policy. The only cancellation right on a Nebula purchase is the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which applies as follows:

  • Before download or activation: You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not downloaded the Nebula installer or activated your licence key.

  • On download or activation: By downloading the installer or activating a licence key within the 14-day period, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is lost from that moment.

  • After activation: No refunds are issued - including for dissatisfaction with features, backtest or trading outcomes, strategy performance, hardware or system compatibility on machines that do not meet the published requirements, or change of mind.

  • Licence revocation: Where any refund or chargeback is processed on a Nebula purchase, the associated licence key is permanently revoked and access to the application ends.

3. Mentoring Services

Mentoring is classified as a Service.

  • Initial Cancellation: You may cancel a mentoring agreement and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the mentoring sessions have not yet commenced.

  • Ongoing Programs: Once a mentoring program has started, refunds are processed on a prorated basis. We will refund the remaining balance of your fee for any sessions not yet delivered, subject to a small administrative processing fee.

4. Subscription Management (The "Easy Exit" Policy)

We believe managing your subscription should be straightforward:

  • One-Click Cancellation: You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through the Manage Subscription portal on our website.

  • Immediate Effect: Upon cancellation, no further payments will be taken. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Faulty Digital Content (Your Statutory Rights)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all digital content must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in this policy affects those statutory rights.

  • If digital content is faulty, our first remedy is to repair or replace it - for software this normally means a fix or update. If we are unable to resolve a genuine technical fault within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund as required by law.

6. Important Disclosures

  • Trading Risk: Orion RFX provides analytical tools and education. We do not provide regulated financial advice. Refunds will not be issued based on individual trading performance or market losses.

  • Finality: All "Lifetime Access" purchases are subject to the 14-day cooling-off period described above, after which the sale is considered final.
