What Nebula does not do
- It does not promise profit. It refuses to show you systems that failed testing on data they never saw, and it watches what you deploy. Markets, your broker and your own risk choices decide the rest.
- It does not send signals or trade for you from a server. Everything runs on your own Windows or Mac machine, with your own MetaTrader terminal and your own broker. Nothing about your account leaves your computer.
- It does not replace your judgement on risk. You set the position caps, drawdown limits and news rule. Nebula builds them into the EA and enforces them.
- It does not pass prop-firm challenges for you. Prop-firm mode keeps a system inside a firm's rules and shows breaches in a replay first. No software can promise a pass, and we do not.
MT4 or MT5?
Both. Every system compiles to a native MT4 or MT5 Expert Advisor. On MT4, trade management runs once per bar, the same as MT5 and the simulation, and any system MT4 cannot run faithfully is refused at deploy rather than shipped with a silent difference.
Compared with buying an EA
A bought EA is one fixed idea with a track record you cannot check. Nebula gives you the search, the proof and the deploy in one place: it finds systems on your pair and timeframe, tests each one on data it never trained on, keeps the full record, and installs the EA in one click. When a system decays, you can replace it from your own vault instead of buying again.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. Nebula is a no-code engine - you set the goals and constraints, and it evolves the strategies and generates the Expert Advisor for you.
Does it work with MT4 and MT5?
Yes - your evolved strategy compiles to a one-click MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor.
What do I need to run it?
A Windows PC, a Mac, or a VPS with MetaTrader 4 or 5 installed. Nebula runs on your own machine and connects to your terminal.
Do I need a VPS?
Only if you want the EA trading while your own PC is off. Nebula builds and tests on your machine; MetaTrader runs the finished EA, on your PC or on any VPS.
How are strategies validated before I trade them?
Every candidate is put through out-of-sample and walk-forward testing with anti-overfit checks (and Monte Carlo robustness on Pro and above), so you see how it holds up on data it never trained on. More on overfitting and walk-forward testing.
