1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months and 1 Year renew at the same price for the same term until you cancel. The first month discount applies to the first payment only. Lifetime is one payment and never renews. Prices are in GBP, including VAT where it applies.

Open the manage subscription link
It is in your order confirmation email. From inside Nebula: Settings › Licence & System › Subscription › Manage subscription. It opens your account on orionrfx.com.

Cancel the subscription
Choose the subscription and cancel it. You do not need to give a reason.
Look for the confirmation email
We confirm every cancellation by email.
Or email us
Email hello@orionrfx.com from the address you bought with and ask to cancel.
What happens when you cancel

Nebula checks your licence each time it opens. You do not need to do anything in the app.
Upgrade to a higher plan
Buy the higher plan with the same email
Pick the plan and term on the pricing page. Use the email your Nebula licence is under.
Reopen Nebula
Your plan upgrades the next time Nebula opens. No new key is needed on the same computer.
Cancel the old subscription
The old plan does not stop by itself. Cancel it as above so you are not billed twice.
Move to a lower plan
Cancel your current plan
Use the steps above. You keep the higher plan to the end of the paid period.
Buy the lower plan after that date
A lower plan bought while a higher one is still live is recorded on your account but does not change your plan or add time.
Indicator plans
Protocol v7 can be bought monthly: £14.99 for the first month, then £34.99 a month. Cancel it the same way: the manage subscription link in your order email, or hello@orionrfx.com. Access stays until the end of the month you paid for.

Questions
Do I lose my systems if I cancel?
No. Your vault stays, and EAs already in MetaTrader keep running.
Can I switch from monthly to Lifetime?
Yes. Buy Lifetime with the same email, then cancel the monthly plan.
Does a higher plan find better systems?
No. Every plan runs the same search. Plans differ in deploys, pairs and what happens after the deploy.
