Know when a refund applies to what you bought, and how to ask.

Before you download, activate, or get TradingView access, you are asked to agree that supply starts now and that the 14 day right then ends.

Check you are inside the window
Use the table above. The 14 days count from the purchase date.
Email support
Email support@orionrfx.com from the address you bought with. Include your order number and what you want refunded.
Wait for the reply
A person answers.
What a refund does

Refunds are not given for
Trading results or losses, backtest or strategy outcomes, change of mind after activation, or use on a computer that does not meet the published requirements.

Questions
I downloaded Nebula but never activated. Can I get a refund?
No. Downloading the installer ends the 14 day window.
I bought a Lifetime plan. Is it different?
No. Lifetime has the same 14 day window. After that the sale is final.
Can I get a refund for the rest of my month?
No. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep access to the end of the paid period.
